Bringing Monkeys To The Zoo

The Moskowitz Family & Mammy made our first trip to the zoo!  Since Mammy was in town to watch the boys, Austin & I took the day off from work and had a great family day.  As soon as we woke up, we started to get ready, packed our lunches and drove to the Fort Worth Zoo.  This zoo is ranked as one of the Top 5 in the Nation...and we found out why!  As we walked around the zoo, Caleb was so excited to see all the different types of animals.

It became a game of who could spot the animal first.  Of course I won!  Caleb came in a close second :)  He loved climbing on the rails and getting as close as he possibly could.  At no surprise to us, one of the monkeys was trying to kiss him through the glass.

Caleb even received a little inspiration from the monkeys.



And of course Jacob had a blast!  He decided not taking a nap before would be a great idea.  His plan was to get tired of being in the stroller so Big Brother could switch with him while we carried him around.  Jacob's plan worked!  After all our arms got tired...and we were on our last section...he finally gave up!  Thank you to the bumpy bridge and Dad for constantly moving.

At the end of the day, we were all so hot, sweaty and tired....and ready to go back again!
