Nebraska Reunion - September 2009

The Moskowitz Family and Mammy (Kathy) made a trip up to Norfolk, Nebraska to see Great Grandma Wagner. We spent several hours with her asking about her past and the things she loved most...it always came back to her kids. They were and are the highlight of her life. I hope to type up her answers soon and post them as well. We also took a FIVE GENERATION photo...just amazing. The time that we spent with Grandpa was also amazing. He showed us all around him home town and took us to some amazing restaurants. Grandpa then took us to Omaha and showed us the Market area. What a neat place!

I was also told about the gambling boats before we got there, but kept my mouth shut. As soon as we arrived in Omaha, Kathy mentioned it to Austin and his eyes lit up like a kid in a candy store...needless to say we went. As usuall, I lost every penny and then some and Austin came out a HUGE winner!!!

Weekend in Austin - Max's 1st Birthday

Sunday morning the MEN got up early to go on the boat. After helping a stranded boat, they were able to enjoy some much needed surfing. Later that morning, the ladies and kids joined them for some much needed sun and play. Here are some pictures of Austin, Garett & Julien on the tube. (I think Garett is elbowing Austin and Julien is holding on for dear life in this picture. Poor baby bumped his nose after Uncle Dave took them through some rough water.) We always enjoy our time at Lake Austin.




Saturday the family was in Austin, TX to celebrate Max's 1st birthday. Austin & I offered to make the meal so we headed to the grocery store. This picture is just a little glimpse of how much these two love each other (Garett was at a friend's birthday party). Caleb and Max were just hilarious. They were just all over one another.
