Our First Valentine's Day DINNER

Austin & I have been together since October of 2004.  Since then, Austin has worked somewhere in the Food Industry making it hard to spend the "normal" holidays together.  So this year we were actually blessed to spend the evening together.  I was able to go to the gym while he and Caleb worked on dinner.  When I got back, Caleb wanted to show off his amateur photograpy skills.

He then brought me outside to show me what him and Dad had been working on for the past couple of hours.  They were so proud of themselves! And yes, Caleb is wearing an apron!  He wouldn't have it any other way.

Then we had to get all my boys together.  This was a feat in itself!

And what do little boys learn when you leave them with their Dad for too long?  Apparently how to open a beer!  I believe his EXACT words were (and imagine this with a Texas twang), "I opened a beer by myself!  That's AWESOME!  I'm a GENIUS!"

Finally, the main course was served.  A juicy steak, grilled veggies and sweet potato mash served with a perfectly chilled glass of red wine.  DELICIOUS!

HAPPY 1ST VALENTINE'S DAY!
